Nope, the names don’t necessarily matter, we will not be checking IDs, but the scan code on the tickets are important. That will need to be visible to enter.
All people attending the convention, will need to show a paid ticket. You can either print out your tickets on paper, or show it on your phone. Once you have checked in, you will receive your pass to come and go as you please based off the ticket you purchased (1 day vs weekend pass).
Yes, single day passes will be available at the door.
For all classes, you will be directed upstairs to your assigned classroom. You will just need to check in with your name. No physical ticket is needed. Just a reminder though, everyone must have at least a general entry ticket to enter the convention. An email will be sent out to all students with detailed information very soon. Classrooms can be accessed via stairs or elevator.
Yes, there are 2 concession stands inside OceanFirst Arena.
They serve stadium type food and drinks.Plus be sure to shop the many local treat vendors as well!
There is lots of parking near and around the arena.Parking is FREE!
No pets allowed.Kids are great too, but this event is more of an adult friendly environment. All kids ages 3 and above need a ticket to enter, so if you have a child who is really into baking, please feel free to bring. Otherwise, come and enjoy the day with your friends. No strollers are allowed in the venue.
Area hotels are listed here. The Jersey Shore has a ton of hotels, so feel free to widen your search up to 15 mile radius, you may find more affordable rooms a little further away.

VIP ticket holders can enter at 9:00 am, Saturday and Sunday. Weekend and 1-day ticket holders can enter at 10:00 am, Saturday and Sunday. Vendor hall closes at 5 pm on Saturday and 4 pm Sunday.
Only classes will be held Friday evening, vendor hall will not be open at that time.
Nope, just check in with your name and you will be directed to your classroom. No one will be allowed to enter the vendor hall on Friday.
