A Night at the Ballet, 3D Cookie Class | Sept 23, 2-5pm

Want to learn to make a statement cookie piece? In this 3-D cookie class students will create a beautiful cookie ornament with a scene from the Nutcracker Ballet inside. We will discuss baking a 3-D cookie, create royal icing transfers, airbrush using TruColor Sheen powder, pipe beautiful ornate designs and add fondant accents.

Each student will walk away with the knowledge and supplies to recreate these beautiful ornaments again at home.

Classes all require full payment and are non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend, you may sell your seat to another student on your own, JSCCC nor Prima Cakes & Cookies are not responsible for filling your seat if you are unable to attend.
