Learn how to make this starfish flat lay using a variety of mixed edible mediums with Emerlie Ann of My Sugar Rush.

What you will learn in class:

• How to make a realistic starfish using cake, modeling chocolate, fondant
• How to make gumpaste seashells
• How to make an edible sand mix
• How to make isomalt water with edible sea foam
• How to make edible fish net
• How to layer paint colors on modeling chocolate
• How to assemble and layer all these techniques
