In this class students will recreate a totally edible seafood platter working with both fondant and modeling chocolate. They will use dusts, isolate buttercream and paints to bring the entire piece together. Students will also receive a step by step booklet to take home as well. The class is perfect for beginners and intermediates and all will learn so many fun tips and tricks to use on other future creations! So take a class with award winning cake artist Jean Schapowal and walk away with an amazing edible creation!
Classes all require full payment and are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may sell your seat to another student on your own, JSCCC nor Cakes with Character are not responsible for filling your seat if you are unable to attend.
