Isomalt Sock Hop
Join Sidney Galpern , inventor of Simi Isomalt, in learning all about how to work with isomalt in this fun “Sock Hop” themed workshop. Each student with create their own isomalt showpiece to take home, including learning valuable techniques of cast and poured isomalt, creating realistic isomalt bottles and record, working with edible images, as well as the art of pulled isomalt to hand sculpt the iconic cherries. Sidney will go over all the tips and tricks to working with isomalt easily and safely, giving you the confidence to immediately begin incorporating isomalt into your own work.
All supplies provided for use in class.
