with new skill and techniques that you can put them in use in your everyday cookies.
In this class you will learn:

• How to pipe layers of icing with the my concept and tips.
• How to pipe puffy sections without cratering issue.
• How to create wood texture effect background.
• How to apply food powder to create shades.
• How to layer cookie over cookie to make your cookie in 3D look.
• How to use wafer paper and stamp to create edible tag.
• How to do shading and highlighting to make your cookie in real looking.
• How to write letters on cookie.
• How to pipe sunflower transfers and leaves with special cut of the piping bag.
• How to layer sunflower transfers and pipe leaves to the final look.
• How to use details for a final touch to your cookie.
Sunflower is also known as happy flower. Hope this class will brighten your mood and give joy to you.
All supplies needed for this class will be provided. You will take home 4 beautifully decorated cookies,
and some tools that you used in class.
This class is suitable for any level of cookie decorators. Beginners are welcome but you need to have
basic knowledge of flooding and outlining of cookie.
