Single booths are 10’x10’ in size, contain 1 6’ table with white table cloth, 2 chairs & garbage can, and includes 2 vendor badges.Additional tables are available for $20 each.
Booth areas will be set up with black pipe and drapes to help define your space.
As a vendor, your logo will be added to our website, and linked to the site of your choice (your website, FB, IG page, etc).All vendors will also be listed in our event flyer that will be given out before the event, as well as to all attendees the weekend of the convention.Your logo will also be scrolling continuously on a large screen on the main stage throughout the weekend.
Free WiFi, free continental breakfast and afternoon snacks in the vendor lounge during designated times.Standard electric will be shared with 3-4 vendor groupings.If high voltage or designated electric is needed at a particular booth, there will be a $50 additional fee.
